1. About Pocket Signal
Pocket Signal provides NFL game forecasts, player projections, fantasy comparison tools, team ratings, market comparisons and editorial analysis. It is a sports information service, not a sportsbook, and does not accept, arrange or place wagers. These terms describe the permitted use and limitations of this version of the site.
2. Forecasts and your decisions
All projections are estimates subject to uncertainty. Data, injury reports, roles, schedules, prices and market lines can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. A projected lead, market gap or editorial selection is not a guarantee of a result, return or personal suitability. Verify current information and make your own decisions.
3. Fantasy scoring and performance records
Fantasy projections use the scoring settings displayed and assume expected participation and usage. They may omit bonuses, two-point conversions, return touchdowns and other league-specific rules. Consult the page notes. Historical backtests, reconstructed selections and prospective records are different forms of evidence; consult the stated period and methodology. Hypothetical unit returns are calculations using the stated odds and staking assumptions, not actual customer returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Lawful use
Do not use the site to violate applicable laws, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls or misrepresent its analysis or results. Any wagering-related use is limited to people who meet the legal age and other eligibility requirements in their location. The availability of a link or market does not establish eligibility.
5. Content and third parties
Pocket Signal claims rights only in its original content, branding and software to the extent applicable law allows. Team names, player images, league marks and third-party data belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation. You may link to public pages and share brief attributed excerpts subject to applicable rights. Other reuse is subject to the rights holder's permission or applicable law. External websites operate under their own terms and policies.
6. Current service and future paid features
This version does not provide paid subscriptions, account registration or SMS services. Any future paid plan will need separate pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund disclosures before purchase. Community functionality, if introduced, will need appropriate participation and moderation rules.
7. Availability and limitations
The site and its information are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pocket Signal disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and prediction accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pocket Signal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including wagering losses or lost profits. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
