1. Scope
This policy describes the current public Pocket Signal website. It covers hosting, browser preferences, external resources and information you voluntarily provide. This version does not offer user account registration, paid subscriptions or shared community voting. If those features are added, this policy will need to be updated to describe their actual data practices.
2. Website hosting
The site is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub states that it logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, whether or not the visitor is signed into GitHub. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub Privacy Statement for details about GitHub's practices.
3. Preferences stored on your device
Features such as player watchlists and interface preferences may use your browser's local storage. Those preferences remain in that browser rather than becoming a shared account through those features. You can remove them using your browser's site-data controls; doing so may reset your saved selections.
4. External fonts, images and links
Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and team or player images from providers such as ESPN or NFL image services. Your browser contacts those providers to retrieve the resources, which can disclose connection information such as your IP address and browser request details. Their policies govern their processing. 5. Contact information you provide
If you contact Pocket Signal, your email address and message are used to respond, address the request and maintain related correspondence as needed. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. Email providers may process correspondence under their own policies.
6. Analytics and new features
Pocket Signal uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits and website performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Analytics help us understand which pages are useful and improve the website. Learn more in Cloudflare's Web Analytics privacy information. Browser privacy tools may block analytics collection.
7. Retention, choices and requests
Browser-stored preferences remain until you or your browser clear them. Hosting and external-resource logs are retained according to the respective providers' policies. Contact correspondence is kept only as needed to handle requests and related legitimate operational or legal needs. You can ask about or request deletion of information you provided directly by contacting pocketsignal.contact@gmail.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any information that must be retained. Pocket Signal cannot directly erase logs controlled by independent providers.
8. Children and updates
Pocket Signal is not directed to children under 13, and wagering-related material is intended only for legally eligible adults. Do not submit children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. This policy may be revised as practices change; the date above identifies the latest version.
